We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Cleaning Supervisors. In this role, you will help ensure our school environment is clean, hygienic, and welcoming, while also supporting and guiding the cleaning team to maintain consistently high standards. With your previous supervisory experience and background in commercial cleaning, you’ll be confident using a wide range of cleaning equipment and products, and you’ll understand the health and safety responsibilities that come with this essential work.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Self‑motivated with a positive, flexible approach
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Skilled in communication and organisation
  • Comfortable taking initiative and solving problems independently

Successful candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme before starting. This will be arranged by North Lanarkshire Council.

  • Caldervale High - 15 hours per week - Monday to Thursday - 16:00 till 19:00, Friday - 15:30 till 18:30
  • Clarkston Primary - 15 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 15:30 till 18:30
  • Keir Hardie Primary - 15 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 15:30 till 18:30
  • Our Lady & St Francis Primary - 15 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 15:30 till 18:30
  • St Dominic's - 15 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 15:30 till 18:30
  • St Margaret's High - 15 hours per week - Monday to Thursday - 16:00 till 19:00, Friday - 15:30 till 18:30
