We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team and help ensure our school environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming for pupils, staff, and visitors. As a Cleaner, you will play an important role in maintaining high standards of hygiene across the school. You should be able to work independently as well as part of a wider team, demonstrate strong communication skills, and bring a flexible and positive approach to your daily tasks.

Previous experience in commercial cleaning and familiarity with cleaning equipment, materials, and associated Health & Safety requirements is desirable. Full training will be provided; however, an understanding of safe working practices would be advantageous. Successful candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme before starting. This will be arranged by North Lanarkshire Council.

  • Airdrie Academy - 15 hours per week - Monday till Thursday - 16:00 till 19:00; Friday - 15:30 till 18:30
  • Clarkston - 10 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 07:00 till 09:00
  • Christ the King - 5 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 15:30 till 16:30
  • New Monkland - 10 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 15:30 till 17:30
  • Chapelhall St Aloysius - 7.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 15:30 till 17:00
  • St Margaret's - 15 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 06:00 till 09:00
