The Community Facilities Caretaker plays a vital role in ensuring our Community Centres are welcoming, well‑maintained, and safe spaces for all. Reporting to the Assistant Area Manager, you will take pride in maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and security across our facilities. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with the public and can communicate confidently and courteously with a wide range of service users, delivering excellent customer care at all times.

In this hands‑on role, you will use your initiative daily to identify maintenance needs, carry out minor repairs, and support the smooth running of the centre. Strong practical skills, along with the ability to complete paperwork and keep accurate records, are essential. If you are enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and adaptable - someone who takes ownership of their work and enjoys contributing to a busy community environment - we would love to hear from you.
