North Lanarkshire Council is seeking an Assistive Technology Coordinator to lead the delivery of innovative solutions that remove barriers and support employees and service users to work, learn and participate fully. In this key role, you will assess individual needs, recommend and implement assistive technology, and provide specialist advice across services. You will also support the development of policies, training and best practice, ensuring compliance with equality legislation and promoting inclusive design.

You will have experience in assistive technology or a related field, with a strong understanding of supporting individuals with physical, mental or neurological needs. Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills are essential. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact, helping to embed fair access, digital inclusion and equal opportunities across the Council.

Location: Civic Centre, Motherwell.
