We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focussed individual to join the Talent and Organisational Development team as an Assistant Learning and Development Advisor. The post will work with the Senior Learning and Development Advisor and the Talent and Leadership Development Manager focussing on supporting the development and delivery of a wide range of learning and development opportunities across all Services with a focus on behavioural and technical skills training, mandatory and regulatory development and the implementation of vocational qualifications.

You will also assist in the design and delivery of learning and development activities using a blended approach including developing e-learning modules. You must be self-motivated and enthusiastic with extended experience of working within a learning and development environment. You will have excellent presentation skills and be able to communicate with various group sizes and be confident facilitating on Microsoft Teams. An HNC, SVQ3 or equivalent is essential for this post.

This role will work on a hybrid model of home-based and office-based work within the Civic Complex, Motherwell. This post is temporary for a period until 30th November 2027.
