Located in an increasingly busy environment, and part of the team which is responsible for delivering a wide range of events, entertainment and conferences at Airdrie Town Hall and Bellshill Cultural Centre, the successful applicant will be responsible for supporting important planning elements within the team’s events programme.

Reporting to the Programming and Events Manager, we are looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of event management and planning. This includes:

  • Staff Rotation plans
  • Preparing event planning documentation
  • Applying H&S safety knowledge
  • Briefing staff
  • Acting as Duty Manager at events

Applicants must hold a Nat 5 / Standard grade equivalent in Maths and English and have 3 years’ experience within a similar environment. They must also have supervisory and cash handling experience. The successful candidate will be required to travel across all venues; therefore, a full driving licence is essential.
