We are recruiting for the position of Equity and Excellence Lead within our nursery class estate across North Lanarkshire.

Successful applicants should have experience leading early years practitioners working with children aged 2 to 5 years and be prepared to work in various settings for both short-term and long-term interventions.

You must hold or be working towards a BA in Childhood Practice or an equivalent childcare degree as defined by the SSSC.

You will need to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member before starting in this role.

This post is temporary until December 2025.
