You will provide general clerical support to both the Rapid Rehousing team and Housing Strategy. This role will include maintaining and updating databases, collation and maintenance of statistical information, co-ordination of information for tenants and other stakeholders, processing invoices and dealing with enquiries from members of the public and other stakeholders on a range of housing services.
Moderate experience of working within a clerical/administrative environment together with good keyboard skills and ability to co-ordinate and maintain data are essential. Experience of dealing with the public, knowledge of Council and Housing Services and customer care training are desirable.
