We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable individual to join the team in ensuring the provision of an efficient & effective clerical support service. You will be required to provide clerical and administrative support to the School. This will include typing, cash handling, filing, reprographic work and reception/telephone duties.
Moderate experience of working within a clerical/administrative environment is essential and knowledge of Microsoft packages is desirable. You should have the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, and the ability to work on your own initiative. You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member prior to commencing in this role.
Location: Muir Street Primary, Motherwell
Work pattern: 28.16 hours per week - Monday - 08:45 to 14:40, Tuesday to Friday - 08:45 to 15:15
