Clerical Assistant (Part Time)
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, and reliable individual to join our team in Early Learning & Childcare, providing efficient clerical and administrative support at one of our establishments.
This includes typing, cash handling, filing, reprographic work, and reception/telephone duties.
Moderate experience in a clerical/administrative environment and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages are desirable. You should be able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work on your own initiative.
You will need to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member through Disclosure Scotland and obtain a satisfactory membership check before starting in this role.
This is a temporary position until 26/06/2026
Work Pattern
Monday and Friday, 9 am - 2 pm
