This vacancy is internal and open to applications from employees of North Lanarkshire Council and Associated Employers only.
You will work as part of a team to ensure the efficient and effective performance of the Subscription Section. You will provide excellent customer service dealing direct and on the telephone with customers using product knowledge to provide a suitable solution to ensure customer membership, sales and retention. As part of this role, you will be required to deal with all aspects of membership payments including outstanding debts sensitively and effectively.
You will be innovative, have excellent inter-personal and communication skills which will give you the ability to promote current marketing campaigns in order to deliver a quality service to our customers across the entire range of North Lanarkshire Council’s products and services. You will have strong demonstrable written and verbal communication skills and a keen attention to detail to support work undertaking calculations. You will be an excellent communicator and possess excellent organisational skills with the ability to use your own initiative. You will also have moderate administration experience and experience of working with Direct Debits and a customer-focused environment would be advantageous.

For all casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked in total recompense for annual leave, including public holidays. These rates will be indicated separately on your payslip. You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
