Exciting opportunities have arisen to join our team at Strathclyde Country Park in a Casual role. Working within Strathclyde Country Park you will assist in the delivery of excellent customer and visitor experience. In these casual roles you will support the Stewarding team through operating the Fun Boat Dock area including ensuring the safety of users of the Fun Boats.

You will provide excellent customer and visitor service assisting members of the public, as necessary. You will also assist in the set-up of areas within the buildings for meetings, conferences etc and support the day-to-day cleaning of the premises.

You will require to be enthusiastic and customer focused, with some previous experience of working with the public. You will have experience of general cleaning and maintenance duties. You must be a good communicator with the ability to work on your own and as part of a team.

To provide the necessary safety of fun boat users you must be confident in and around water and able to undertake the physical aspects of this role. You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member through Disclosure Scotland and obtain a satisfactory membership check prior to commencing in this role.

These are casual roles with no fixed hours or working pattern, but applicants should be willing to work daytime, evenings, weekends, and public holidays and be willing to attend training sessions. On job training will be provided.
