The predicted salary is between 22600 - 24700 £ per year.
Working primarily within our Protective Services and Built Environment teams, you will provide a general support service to our area offices. You will be responsible for the processing of data and financial information to a variety of departmental systems, cash handling, distribution of mail, filing, word processing and assisting with the delivery of an efficient and effective support service. You will also be required to undertake reception duties, deal with general enquiries from members of the public and assist in initiatives and projects of the team.
Educated to SVQ level 2, or equivalent, you will have moderate experience of working in an office environment, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and possess excellent administrative and organisational skills. With the ability to work as part of a team and use your own initiative, you should also be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
Working Pattern:
- Monday - Thursday: 08:45am - 16:45pm
- Friday: 08:45am - 16:15pm
