We are recruiting for staff to work with us within our Integrated Day Service team in Wishaw, delivering high quality support and services which put the needs of people first. If successful you will join a team who provide valuable care co‑ordination services to adults with a range of complex support needs in line with National Standards, council and service policies.
Working closely with the manager you will ensure that the service we provide supports and strengthens the core aims, objectives and functions of the service and are aligned to the vision and principles of a high performing person‑centred day service.
Possession of an SVQ level 2 or equivalent is essential. Direct experience of working in the Social Care, either in a personal or voluntary capacity with a good understanding of the needs of older adults is essential. An HNC in social care is desirable. You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member prior to commencing in this role.
