Salary: £48,958 - £54,418 per year (NLC12)
Position: Assistive Technology Co-Ordinator – coordinate evaluation, configuration, and assessment of assistive technology support functions offered from Field Services, supporting employees and extending advice into education, community and cultural environments.
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Technical and Digital Services Manager
- Manage the Assistive Technology employee support team
- Coordinate assistive technology implementation and maintenance programs
- Ensure training and support is provided to service users
- Identify accessibility solutions
- Lead policy development in this area
Qualifications:
- Degree/HND/SVQ4 or equivalent in a related field such as Occupational Health, HR, or Equalities with extended experience in a similar role, particularly within Occupational Health, HR or Equalities.
- Understanding of adaptations and assistive technology that can support those living with physical, mental and neurological vulnerabilities.
Location: The Assistive Technology employee support team is based in Civic Square, Motherwell as part of the wider Technical Field Services team.
Working Pattern:
- Monday - Thursday: 08:45am – 04:45pm
- Friday: 08:45am – 04:15pm
