Based in the Housing Property Services team, you will report to the Service Delivery Coordinator (Planning) and will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of the repairs and maintenance service in any area of the repairs and maintenance functions. You will have moderate experience of working within a Housing environment. A key role will be to work as part of the Local Homes team and customer contact centre within Enterprise and Housing Resources, providing a range of Council services to service users.
The post will involve creating, co-ordinating and assisting the repairs co-ordinators in managing diaries for prioritising and scheduling of current and planned works for both in and out with working hours across all Service Providers. Other key duties will include monitoring progress of works throughout the day and ensuring appointment diaries are on target to meet completion dates and/or all scheduled works are on target to meet completion timescales.
This post is full time for 37 hours per week which has a 3-week shift pattern.
