Following the launch of North Lanarkshire Council’s ambitious new 5-year Arts Strategy, we’re excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our Arts Development Team and help shape the future of arts engagement across the region.
We’re looking for a self-motivated and creative arts professional to lead on Creative Learning, working closely with internal teams, external partners, and communities to deliver innovative, inclusive arts programmes that reflect the aims of the strategy and future ambitions.
What we’re looking for:
A general degree or equivalent qualification is required, for example, SVQ 4 or HND
Proven experience in community arts education, project development, and delivery
Strong organisational, administrative, and financial management skills.
A collaborative mindset and a passion for creative learning
This is your chance to make a real impact, supporting creativity, building partnerships, and helping to deliver meaningful arts experiences across North Lanarkshire.
You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member through Disclosure Scotland and obtain a satisfactory membership check prior to commencing in this role.
Work Pattern – Mainly Monday to Friday – Expectation of 5 over 7 to meet service requirements.
