The predicted salary is between 24000 - 28000 € per year.

Located in Coatbridge High School, you will provide clerical and administrative support to the work of the establishment. Your main duties will include managing the co-ordination and delegation of routine administrative tasks on a daily basis and assisting in the supervision of a small team of clerical staff.

You must have a good knowledge of IT packages, moderate relevant clerical experience, good organisational skills along with effective communication skills. The ability to meet agreed deadlines, work effectively as part of a team and the ability to use your own initiative are essential. An SVQ Level 1 or equivalent is desirable, as is supervisory experience.

You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member prior to commencing in this role.

Work Pattern:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8.00am - 4.30pm
  • Friday: 8.00am - 2.00pm

The work pattern may change to suit the exigencies of the service as is the case with all posts.
