Located in Calderhead High, you will provide clerical and administrative support to the work of the establishment. Your main duties will include managing the co-ordination and delegation of routine administrative tasks on a daily basis and assisting in the supervision of a small team of clerical staff.

You must have a good knowledge of IT packages, moderate relevant clerical experience, good organisational skills along with effective communication skills. The ability to meet agreed deadlines, work effectively as part of a team and the ability to use your own initiative are essential. An SVQ Level 1 or equivalent is desirable, as is supervisory experience. You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member prior to commencing in this role.

Work Pattern: Job Share: 14 hours per week: Thursday and Friday: 8.30am-4.30pm. This is a temporary position until 25/06/2027.
