North Kesteven District Council is seeking an experienced technical administration assistant to join the Planning and Enforcement team. This post puts you at the heart of a busy service area providing technical administrative support to a range of officers and senior managers, critical in the delivery of the Council’s planning and enforcement services.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year relevant administration experience in a busy office setting
- Skill and aptitude for reading plans
- The ability to plan your day and multitask
- Excellent customer service skills both in person and on the telephone
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering the administrative function for planning and enforcement
- Supporting the enforcement and planning officers with day to day requirements
- Improving the planning and enforcement administrative process for customers
