North Kesteven District Council is seeking an experienced Construction and Project management professional to join the Housing Investment team. This post puts you at the heart of a technical team delivering improvement contracts to Social Housing, Retrofit works and acquisition of new Affordable Housing. The department is critical in the management of the Capital investment plan to ensure we maintain homes that are decent and sustainable. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver innovative projects that improve lives and enhance homes.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Construction or Project Management or equivalent experience.
  • Design and management of Capital projects.
  • Full driving licence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee projects, ensuring each is delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.
  • To monitor and report on project progress, handover of completed works and lead post project reviews.
  • To ensure works are carried out in line with H&S requirements and to champion compliance with Housing Regulation.
