Are you passionate about supporting children and young people? We are recruiting an experienced Triage Lead to manage the front door of the Medway Therapeutic Alliance. This is a fast-paced, decision-making role.
You will review referrals and enquiries, apply agreed screening tools, identify risk and complexity, and determine the most appropriate pathway and next steps. You will use professional judgement to understand presenting needs and goals, ensuring children and young people access the right support at the right time.
While this is not a full clinical assessment role, it requires strong knowledge of CYP mental health pathways, safeguarding and threshold decision-making. You will work closely with the Clinical Lead to ensure safe escalation where required.
We are looking for someone with significant experience in CYP mental health, SPA, triage, duty or care coordination roles who can work calmly, accurately and confidently under pressure.
