North Kent Mind is looking for a caring and motivated Children & Young Persons Care Co‑ordinator to join the Medway Therapeutic Alliance. This role supports care leavers aged 16–25, as well as other young people who have experienced challenges, including involvement with the criminal justice system.
You will help young people access emotional wellbeing and mental health support, stay engaged with services, and move safely between different types of support. The role is relationship‑focused and trauma‑informed, helping young people feel heard, supported and emotionally stronger, reducing the risk of crisis and building confidence and independence over time.
The role includes working one Saturday per month (9am–1pm), with time off in lieu provided. If you enjoy working directly with young people in a fast‑paced but supportive environment and want to make a real difference in a new, forward‑thinking service, apply today!
