The predicted salary is between 42000 - 57000 £ per year.

Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum

Salary: £49,658 per annum

Location: The role is based at the Dartford Campus, however the nature of the work may require travel to any of the College sites.

Working in collaboration with the Assistant Principal, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a high-quality curriculum, providing the necessary support to help all learners excel and achieve their potential in our vibrant teaching and learning environment. The role also involves supporting the Assistant Principal in effectively leading and managing the department to meet the College's strategic objectives, behaviours, and targets outlined in the Strategic Plan.

To excel in this position, you will need a degree-level qualification and relevant industry experience in either Art, Fashion, or Photography, along with a full Level 5 (or higher) teaching qualification (e.g., Cert Ed/PGCE). Ideally, you will have experience in curriculum planning and development, a proven record of delivering teaching and learning at a consistently good or outstanding level, and the ability to lead and manage a skilled, professional team to achieve outstanding results.

In return, we’ll give you 42 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata for part time contracts), and you’ll be enrolled onto the Teachers’ Pension Scheme which also includes life assurance. You’ll also benefit from free parking and have access to a range of onsite facilities including restaurants and coffee shops.
