North Hill Gardens is a dynamic landscape architecture studio based in Glasgow, providing innovative design and build services across Scotland. As an emerging leader in the industry, we bring a fresh, creative approach to garden design, redefining traditional standards. Specialising in high-end residential gardens, we also work on public spaces, including historic sites and commercial landscapes. Our designs are highly personalised, inspired by global excellence and driven by our ambition to set new trends.

We are looking for talented Garden Designers or Landscape Architects at various levels of experience to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and detail bespoke residential gardens and commercial landscapes.
  • Prepare construction packages, specifications, schedules, and programmes of works.
  • Manage projects and teams, including sourcing materials and monitoring quality and costs.
  • Produce planting plans and construction details.
  • Maintain client relationships and represent the company in a professional, enthusiastic manner.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Competence in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Experience with 3D rendering software such as Twinmotion (preferred) or Lumion.
  • Strong knowledge of construction details and planting schemes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a creative team.
