We're seeking a Training Lead in the Utilities industry to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Training Lead to shape and deliver the end-to-end training approach for a major digital transformation and change portfolio. We are serving water and utilities firms in the south east across London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Kent, Sussex and Hampshire.
YOU WILL:
- Conduct training assessment activities to determine the needs of individuals and groups and translate that into a clear training plan and reinforcement approach.
- Identify required training courses by stakeholder group (leaders, managers, end users) and build a method to track completion and readiness.
- Create a Training Strategy Overview and maintain training trackers/spreadsheets to monitor progress and completion.
- Establish stakeholder meeting cadence and co-facilitate sessions with leaders to review training needs and plan.
- Develop training schedules, assign required courses, communicate completion dates, and provide support.
- Collaborate closely with Change and Comms leads to align training approach with engagement and communications plans.
- Run post-training surveys (where applicable) and use feedback to improve training delivery and outcomes.
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
- Strong experience leading training for system/process change programmes, including training needs analysis, planning, scheduling, and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience aligning training delivery with change communications and broader adoption activity.
- Comfortable working in regulated, operational environments with diverse user groups and practical “what this means for me” training needs.
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills across leaders, managers, and frontline/end users.
