SUMMARYAs a Junior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of a network modernisation project for our client. Your focus will be on engaging with stakeholders, planning and scheduling, managing risks and issues, and ensuring the project stays within budget and scope.
YOU WILL:- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to keep the project on track
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage financial resources and ensure the project stays within budget
- Understand and control the project scope, ensuring alignment with the client's requirements
- Motivate and guide the project team to achieve the desired objectives
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage their expectations
- Communicate ideas effectively across the team and stakeholders
- Utilise project management tools such as MS Project and MS Excel
- Analyse data and metrics to track progress and performance
- Quickly resolve issues and adapt to changes in the project
- 1 - 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
- Strong planning and scheduling skills, with the ability to create detailed project plans
- Proficiency in risk and issue management, as well as budgeting and cost control
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Technical skills in using project management tools and data analysis
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changes
- Relevant degree or certification in project management or a related field
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong time management and negotiation skills
