We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst in London to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY: As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across our client's organisation to identify opportunities for process improvement, gather and analyse data, and elicit requirements. You'll play a crucial role in driving business transformation initiatives and ensuring project success through analysis, communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth business process analysis and document AS-IS and TO-BE process models
  • Gather and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
  • Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Develop business cases and analyses for proposed solutions
  • Support user acceptance testing and change management initiatives
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements traceability matrices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in running successful workshops
  • High-level awareness of a variety of IT software development methods
  • Experience of the Business Analyst role across all stages of the project lifecycle, including Agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Strong knowledge of business process modelling techniques and tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • CBAP/BCS Diploma in Business Analysis (preferred)
