SUMMARY

We are looking for Training Managers to support delivery across a major digital transformation and change portfolio. You will play a crucial role in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that empower our employees to excel in their roles and contribute to the growth and success of the organization. Your expertise in designing and implementing effective training solutions will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. We are serving water and utilities firms in the south east across London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Kent, Sussex and Hampshire.

YOU WILL:

  • Assess and identify the training needs of our employees across various departments and functions
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop tailored training curricula and materials
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce
  • Implement innovative training delivery methods, including e-learning, blended learning, and on-the-job training, to ensure maximum impact and retention
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements to optimize their impact
  • Maintain detailed records and provide comprehensive reporting on training activities and outcomes
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for all training-related matters within the organization

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and inspire audiences
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify training needs and design effective solutions
  • Proficiency in the use of learning management systems and training technologies
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs that drive measurable improvements in employee performance and organizational goals
  • Adaptability and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in corporate training and development

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided, either now or in the future, for this position. This is a temporary employee (PAYE) opportunity working via an Umbrella company.
