We're seeking Project Managers in Utilities to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY:

We are looking for Project Managers to support delivery across a major digital transformation and change portfolio. You’ll lead end-to-end project delivery, strengthen governance and controls, manage risks/issues/dependencies, and keep teams aligned to outcomes, timelines, and quality. We are serving water and utilities firms in the south east across London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Kent, Sussex and Hampshire.

YOU WILL:

  • Direct, manage, plan, and administer project delivery activities across IT and business workstreams.
  • Deliver projects on-time, on-budget, and to functional/quality specifications, ensuring transparent reporting and decision-making.
  • Forecast, manage, and report on project financials, schedule, and resource utilisation; maintain clarity on planned vs actuals.
  • Manage RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and control changes using agreed tools and governance.
  • Provide clear status reporting and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, escalating issues appropriately.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • 5+ years of experience delivering projects (Agile/Scrum or hybrid), including multi-stream delivery and leading teams.
  • Strong facilitation skills, excellent written/verbal communication, and comfort engaging stakeholders across business and technical teams.
  • Proficiency with common delivery tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and strong working knowledge of MS Office suite.
  • Utilities / regulated sector delivery experience strongly preferred.

This is a temporary employee (PAYE) opportunity working via an Umbrella company.
