We're seeking a Project Delivery Consultant (Workforce Strategy) to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our civil service client.
Please note, this is an initial 3-6 month PAYE Umbrella contract that will require 2-3 days working on site in London. Applicants must also be eligible for BPSS clearance.
SUMMARY
As a Workforce Strategy Project Delivery Consultant, you will drive the execution of the Civil Service Digital Strategy across multiple high-impact projects. You will work at the strategic level, reporting to senior leadership and ensuring that project timelines and outcomes align with our Modern Government Blueprint mandate. Your role will be instrumental in scaling delivery across a multi-agency approach, transforming how we approach digital transformation within the public sector.
YOU WILL:
- Support and delivery of strategic projects that span our digital transformation principles
- Monitor project timelines and ensure acceptance criteria are met consistently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple agencies to coordinate delivery
- Report on project progress and outcomes to senior leadership
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment on strategic objectives
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery
- Develop and maintain project documentation and governance frameworks
- Support the scaling of Civil Service Digital Strategy initiatives across departments

- Experience in project delivery within the public sector or government environments
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and change management principles
