Summary

As a Strategy Consultant, you will deliver critical organisational reviews that drive meaningful transformation across our client's workforce.

You will partner with senior leadership to assess capability, structure, and talent strategies, providing evidence‑based recommendations that shape how organisations operate, develop their people, and build sustainable performance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive workforce assessments across multiple functional areas and organisational levels.
  • Analyse organisational capability, structure, and design to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Review talent management strategies, succession planning, and development frameworks.
  • Evaluate reward structures and compensation strategies to ensure alignment with business performance.
  • Develop strategic recommendations that balance operational efficiency with employee engagement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including Chief People Officers and executive teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine analysis and ensure practical implementation pathways.
  • Document reviews with clarity, providing actionable insights supported by data.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 3–15 years of experience in organisational strategy, people consulting, or operational improvement.
  • Proven expertise in workforce planning, organisational design, or talent strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex data sets and translate findings into clear narratives.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and delivering recommendations at board level.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities across all organisational levels.
  • Ability to think critically and challenge conventional approaches with evidence‑based reasoning.
  • Project management experience with the ability to deliver high‑quality work within defined timelines.

Initial 3‑6 month PAYE umbrella contract, requiring onsite work in London two days per week.
