Job Overview
As a Strategic Technical Programme Manager, you will transform how the Data Tech team operates by establishing clear governance, structure, and end-to-end delivery processes.
This role defines inter-team dependencies, creates operational frameworks, and brings strategic direction to our entire data technology function.
The position is an initial 3‑6 month PAYE umbrella contract requiring onsite working in London 2–3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery flow across the entire Data Tech team, establishing clear processes and accountability.
- Define how teams support and feed into one another, creating seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Develop and implement programme governance structures that enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead strategic planning and prioritisation of technical initiatives across the data function.
- Mentor and guide technical team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
