We’re seeking a Project Manager in London to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. 12 months inside IR35 PAYE umbrella contract. Hybrid 2-3 days a week onsite in central London.

Summary

As a Project Manager - Senior Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our client’s Research and Development (R&D) Managed Service. By leveraging your expertise in project management, you will ensure the seamless delivery of critical initiatives, ultimately contributing to the client’s strategic objectives.

You Will

  • Utilize your strong project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Apply your experience in highly regulated environments to ensure compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use of project management tools and techniques, such as Smartsheet and Amplify.
  • Collaborate closely with the client’s stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Provide regular progress updates and effectively communicate project status to key stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.

Ideally, We’d Like

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, in the pharmaceutical or another highly regulated industry.
  • Strong background in consulting, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects for clients.
  • Expertise in Agile project management methodologies and the ability to adapt your approach to the client’s needs.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and technologies, including Smartsheet and Amplify.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable plans.
  • A team-oriented mindset and the ability to lead and motivate a diverse group of professionals.
  • A passion for driving change and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
