We’re seeking Change Managers and Communication Managers in Utilities to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY: We are looking for Change & Communication Managers to lead the people-side of a major digital transformation and change portfolio. You’ll shape change strategy, manage readiness and adoption, and deliver clear, compelling communications. We are serving water and utilities firms in the south east across London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Kent, Sussex and Hampshire.

YOU WILL:

  • Lead change impact assessments and define change strategy aligned to programme goals and delivery approach.
  • Design, deploy, and manage key change deliverables including change plans, communications plans, training needs assessment and readiness assessments.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including leadership-level engagement where required.
  • Develop a compelling change narrative and deliver multi‑channel communications.
  • Monitor and measure communications effectiveness and adapt messaging based on feedback and adoption signals.
  • Coordinate with programme and workstream leads to manage dependencies between technical delivery and business readiness; elevate adoption risks and concerns.
  • Support transition activities (e.g., user acceptance and go‑live readiness) and help embed new ways of working post‑implementation.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Strong experience leading change and communications on complex transformation programmes (multiple workstreams, dependency‑heavy delivery).
  • Confidence in creating change narratives, communications strategies, and leadership messaging/talking points.
  • Experience in regulated environments (utilities/water or similar) where clear governance, assurance, and adoption discipline matters.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and the ability to translate complexity into clarity.
