We are looking for Business Analysts to support a client delivering a major digital change transformation. You’ll play a pivotal role translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and helping shape the operating model, workforce change impacts, and end-to-end digital journeys needed to deliver sustainable transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements elicitation and definition through workshops, interviews and document analysis, translating outcomes into high-quality artefacts such as epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Map AS‑IS / TO‑BE processes, identify gaps and support solution options that improve performance, controls and customer/colleague experience.
  • Support operating model and workforce change analysis, including roles/process impacts, decision rights, governance and handoffs to ensure solutions land effectively across teams.
  • Capture and communicate end‑to‑end digital journey requirements for customer and/or operational journeys, supporting service design, prioritisation and delivery readiness.
  • Maintain end‑to‑end traceability from business objectives through requirements to delivered outcomes, and manage changes through appropriate change control.
  • Contribute to governance by producing concise updates and analysis outputs suitable for senior stakeholders, enabling decisions and risk management.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Change and Ops teams to ensure requirements are understood, testable and deliverable, supporting UAT readiness and implementation cutover where needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven Business Analyst experience delivering on utilities/water or closely regulated operational environments.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation and/or change portfolios with multiple workstreams, dependencies and governance.
  • Operating model design, process optimisation and workforce change impacts experience (roles, skills, ways of working, training/readiness dependencies).
  • Digital journey/service design experience (customer or colleague journeys, pain points, outcomes, prioritisation).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, confidence facilitating workshops and communicating clearly at all levels.
  • Experience working across Agile/Waterfall or hybrid delivery; comfortable with tools such as Jira, Confluence or equivalent.
