We are seeking a Business Analyst in London to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

Summary

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial part in supporting the growth and development of innovative products and solutions for our clients.

You Will
  • Run and drive stakeholder engagement and requirements workshops, ensuring clear outcomes and capturing choices and resulting decisions.
  • Capture high-level business requirements and support the detailed documentation of end-to-end customer and colleague journeys.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications and support the alignment of technical, architecture, product, and experience requirements.
  • Engage closely with Solution Design resources to provide the required level of detail for high-level and detailed development effort estimates.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and technical feasibility.
Ideally, We’d Like
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong stakeholder management and requirements elicitation skills.
  • Ability to run and drive engagement with a diverse range of stakeholders across business and technical areas.
  • Experience in facilitating requirements workshops and capturing clear outcomes.
  • Proficiency in translating business needs into detailed specifications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management.
