SummaryAs a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial part in supporting the growth and development of innovative products and solutions for our clients.
You Will- Run and drive stakeholder engagement and requirements workshops, ensuring clear outcomes and capturing choices and resulting decisions.
- Capture high-level business requirements and support the detailed documentation of end-to-end customer and colleague journeys.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications and support the alignment of technical, architecture, product, and experience requirements.
- Engage closely with Solution Design resources to provide the required level of detail for high-level and detailed development effort estimates.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and technical feasibility.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements elicitation skills.
- Ability to run and drive engagement with a diverse range of stakeholders across business and technical areas.
- Experience in facilitating requirements workshops and capturing clear outcomes.
- Proficiency in translating business needs into detailed specifications.
