We are seeking a Director in London in Change Management to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

As a Director in our Change Management Practice you will work across all aspects of Change Management for FTSE 100 and the largest public sector clients. You will lead collaborative teams, working within our change strategy and framework to deliver amazing outcomes for our clients.

You will:

  • Manage teams and projects to deliver high quality deliverables within complex client environments.
  • Be an active member of the Change Management leadership team shaping the future direction of the practice.
  • Apply industry/content expertise to ensure solutions delivered by the team are functional, effective and of lasting value to the client.
  • Use depth of knowledge and personal point of view on area of expertise to solve client's business problems.
  • Develop strong, credible relationships with key senior client stakeholders.
  • Design and develop new solution offerings for client pursuits and/or proposals.
  • Identify, qualify, and shape opportunities to grow existing accounts.
  • Be recognised as an expert in chosen field by clients and colleagues.
  • Lead the execution of internal business initiatives.
  • Teach others how to develop change management, core consulting and valuable business development skills.
  • Perform project staffing, invoicing, budgeting, and profitability analysis processes.
  • Leverage experience and credibility in the field to develop new solutions for our clients.

Ideally, we'd like:

  • Management consulting, advisory, professional services and/or Big 4 consulting experience.
  • Experience in supporting business expansion opportunities within existing accounts and bringing in new business opportunities.
  • Experience in delivering expert solutions and methodologies to existing and new client accounts.
  • Proposal development experience including the ability to effectively sell business solutions to clients.
  • Running projects and managing teams; and delivery experience driving desired business outcomes.
  • Proven SME in the area of Change Management.
  • Demonstrated experience of educating clients in the value of change management.
  • Ability to demonstrate core consulting capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
  • Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients and within the company.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing large and complex consulting engagements.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience.
