We're seeking Trainers in Utilities to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY:

We are looking for Trainers to support a client delivering a major digital change transformation. You’ll deliver engaging, practical learning that helps people adopt new tools, processes, and behaviours — through instructor-led sessions, virtual delivery, and clear user guidance that sticks. We are serving water and utilities firms in the south east across London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Kent, Sussex and Hampshire.

YOU WILL:

  • Deliver instructor-led and virtual training to business users and internal teams, tailored for different audiences and confidence levels.
  • Design and produce practical training materials and user guides that support system adoption and ongoing learning.
  • Simplify complex workflows into clear, accessible training for non-technical users, using examples and hands-on exercises.
  • Support behavioural change and digital adoption through structured learning programmes (including reinforcement and follow-ups where needed).
  • Collect feedback, evaluate training effectiveness, and iterate content/delivery to improve engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Support “Train-the-Trainer” approaches and help build internal capability by coaching facilitators and sharing best practice.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Experience delivering training for digital/system implementations and/or operational process change.
  • Strong content creation capability (job aids, guides, structured learning paths) and confidence facilitating groups.
  • Experience working in utilities/water or similarly regulated environments is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable adapting to different learning styles and operational constraints.
