Northern Highland is seeking a Strategic Technical Programme Manager to transform how the Data Tech team operates by establishing governance, structure and end-to-end delivery processes. The role is an initial 3–6 month PAYE umbrella contract requiring onsite working in London 2–3 days per week.
You will define inter-team dependencies, lead strategic planning, mentor engineers and manage stakeholder communications to align technical delivery with business goals.
