We are seeking a Strategy Manager to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our UK Telco client.
Please note, this is an initial 3‑6 month PAYE umbrella contract that requires on‑site working in London 1‑2 days per week.
Summary
As a Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in operationalising our new Mastery Framework, enabling tactical, data‑driven decisions that align skills investment and resourcing with future needs and organisational strategy.
This position will drive the implementation of our end‑to‑end service delivery model and resource management approach, utilising our Workforce and Skills dashboard to transform how we plan and deploy our talent.
Your work will directly impact our ability to make informed, strategic decisions about our people and capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the operationalisation of the Mastery Framework across the organisation.
- Drive the implementation of end‑to‑end service delivery and resource management models.
