As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across our client's organisation to identify opportunities for process improvement, gather and analyse data, and elicit requirements. You'll play a crucial role in driving business transformation initiatives and ensuring project success through analysis, communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Facilitate meetings and workshops between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Develop business cases and analyses for proposed solutions
- Support user acceptance testing and change management initiatives
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders
- Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements traceability matrices
- Create flow diagrams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- + years of experience in business analysis
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in running successful workshops
- High-level awareness of a variety of IT software development methods
- Experience of the Business Analyst role across all stages of the project lifecycle, including Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Strong knowledge of business process modelling techniques and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- CBAP/BCS Diploma in Business Analysis (preferred)
