We're seeking a Change Manager and Communications Manager to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our Managed Services Life Sciences client.
Please note, this is an 6-12 month PAYE Umbrella contract that will require onsite working in London 12 days per week.
SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Change and Communications Manager to drive meaningful organisational transformation within a regulated environment. This role will be instrumental in designing and executing comprehensive change strategies that bridge the gap between leadership vision and employee implementation. As a Change and Communications Manager, you will craft compelling narratives that inspire stakeholder engagement, manage resistance, and ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems. Your expertise will directly impact how effectively our organisation navigates complex regulatory landscapes while maintaining team confidence and momentum throughout transition periods.
YOU WILL:
- Develop and execute integrated change management and communications strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
- Create clear, engaging communications materials tailored to diverse audiences and stakeholder groups.
- Design and facilitate change readiness assessments and stakeholder engagement programmes.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across all organisational levels.
- Establish metrics to measure change adoption and communications effectiveness.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers during periods of organisational change.
- Identify and manage resistance to change through proactive stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate training programmes and resources to support successful implementation.
- Monitor and report on change progress, highlighting risks and opportunities for mitigation.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure change considerations are integrated from inception.
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
- Extensive experience in change management, internal communications, or related fields.
- Proven track record managing complex change initiatives within regulated industries.
- Advanced proficiency in change management methodologies and frameworks.
- Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and executive communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Project management experience, ideally with exposure to cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade at senior levels without direct authority.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Evidence of cultural awareness and ability to work effectively in diverse environments.
- Strong emotional intelligence and empathy when navigating organisational challenges.
