HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

We are currently working with a tier 1 client in the retail space. You will join an existing North Highland team and primarily work as a Business Analyst on a loyalty transformation programme, focusing on complex partner propositions.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience working on large-scale transformation projects.
• Strong business analysis skills and requirements gathering.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and influencing abilities.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Consulting experience.
• Retail industry experience.
• Experience working on loyalty programmes.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Start Date: May 2025
• Duration: Initial 3 months, inside IR35 contract
• Working pattern: Hybrid – 2 days in the London office
