- Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to understand organizational challenges
- Monitor project delivery against business objectives and provide regular progress updates
- Recommend process improvements and best-practice solutions tailored to client needs
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for executive audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful solution implementation
- Support change management initiatives and guide stakeholders during transition periods
Требования
- Extensive experience in business analysis or a similar consulting role
- Proven track record of delivering complex business transformation projects
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools
- Strategic thinking and attention to operational detail
- Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills
- Professional approach and strong organizational and time management abilities
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom without visa sponsorship; sponsorship will not be provided now or in the future
