Role Overview

Analyst – Strategic Program Management (SPM) Practice, London (Early Careers Program)

Responsibilities

  • Develop deliverables for client projects using Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and written reports.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops.
  • Contribute to business development opportunities and proposal development.
  • Support cross‑disciplinary collaboration and internal knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of relevant work experience and a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience with Project Coordination/Management, Business Analytics, Change Management, Technology Implementation, Business Strategy, Customer Experience, or related consulting skills.
  • Strong time management, planning, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow a structured approach to analyze and synthesize complex problems into simple components.
  • Resilience and flexibility in a fast‑paced, project‑based consulting environment.
  • Intellectual curiosity and ingenuity to activate on projects across various industry sectors and client business models.
