An exciting opportunity for you to work within the Councils ICT Department providing 3rd line support to the council’s ICT user base and elected members. You will be key in supporting the Senior Technical / Development & Cyber Security Officer & ICT Technical Operations Manager delivering technical assistance to all customers across the councils ICT Infrastructure along with supporting ICT project delivery on new and exciting challenges.

- Extensive knowledge & experience supporting a corporate ICT infrastructure.
- A high level knowledge and practical experience with networks, security solutions, software and storage.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems quickly.
- Good customer service skills.
