An exciting opportunity for you to work within the Council's IT Department providing 2nd line IT Helpdesk support to the council’s user base and elected members. You will be key in supporting the Helpdesk Team Leader, Senior Technical / Development & Cyber Security Officer & IT Technical Operations Manager delivering technical assistance to all customers across the council along with supporting IT project delivery on new and exciting challenges.

Please note, this role is office-based with the expectation of working in our Letchworth offices 5 days per week. The successful applicant will require a Basic background check with the Disclosure and Barring Service.
