This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to start their HR career and join our friendly and supportive team. The job involves working within strict standards of confidentiality, high standards of accuracy and adhering to deadlines. You will be working on the HR and Payroll systems, as well as our new application tracking system.
As a key part of the HR team, the role will also involve supporting colleagues with notetaking and working on HR related projects. You will be experienced in following administration processes, drafting correspondence, and providing first line advice. You will be self-motivated, confident in communicating with others and be able to prioritise your own workload.
You will have experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, and be confident in extracting and collating data. Having a CIPD Foundation Certificate in Human Resources would be an advantage but not essential as studying for this qualification via an apprenticeship will be supported.
