About the Role:
Working alongside a support coach, you will manage and support students through one-on-one and group sessions. Using a multi-agency approach, you will understand students\’ needs across campus and ensure they access tailored support to stay on programme and succeed.
You will address issues such as anxiety and self-harm, triage walk-ins, and manage a caseload of students you see regularly.
You should have experience working with young people and knowledge or training in safeguarding and supporting students with mental health issues.

- Establish relationships with students, parents/guardians, and curriculum staff to understand needs and respond appropriately.
- Provide discreet support to ensure students feel well-supported.
- Monitor student wellbeing and report concerns to relevant staff.
- Work alongside support teams as a point of contact for students on campus.
- Maintain accurate records of interventions in line with departmental procedures.
- Participate in curriculum meetings to understand support needs and share strategies.
- Collaborate with external partners for specialized support when needed.
